You are not on your own.

Becoming a carer for someone affected by stroke or heart disease is an enormous undertaking – physically, mentally and emotionally. Taking care of your own mental and physical health is important so that you can best manage the demands of life as a carer.

If you are a carer of someone affected by heart disease or stroke, the мÓÆÂÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±Ö±²¥ offers supports to help you, including a Facebook group and our Nurse Support Line.

Carers’ Support Network 

You are not alone. Our is a strong community of carers who offer each other advice, information and support. Group activities include free online exercise classes, information talks, health advice and peer-to-peer support.

As a carer of someone with heart disease or stroke, you can call our Nurse Support Line with any questions or concerns.
